"POETRY AS A BRIDGE FOR PEACE AND INCLUSION"
Introduction
"POETRY AS A BRIDGE FOR PEACE AND INCLUSION is the celebratory theme for World Poetry Day 2025, marked annually on March 21st.
This theme emphasizes poetry's power to foster peace, promote inclusion, and inspire creativity across communities.
We invite poets from all backgrounds to share their unique perspectives and contribute to a more inclusive world through the art of poetry.
Criteria:
- Poems can be written in English, Kreol or french
- Poems must be typed in Arial (body) font 12
- Each poet is allowed to submit no more than 1 Poem
- Submission must be done online with the completed application form by email at n.rosalie@grankaz.sc
- Poem should be original and in line with the theme.
Categories :
- Youth Poets: 10 – 15 years
- Emerging Poets: 16 – 20 years
- Master Poets: 21 years and above
